Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to manage IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity across multiple locations. This role is key in ensuring IT aligns with business objectives and supporting the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of internal IT systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Share Point, Personify).
• You will manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure and provide technical support.
• You will develop and implement IT security policies to ensure systems are secure.
• You will collaborate with teams across the business to improve IT systems and efficiency.
• You will liaise with external IT consultants to resolve system issues and maintain system integrity.
• You will lead employee on boarding and training on IT systems.
• You will manage the procurement, setup, and maintenance of IT hardware across locations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years in senior IT management or leadership, with experience in enterprise-level IT systems.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, Office 365, and the Power Platform.
• Proven ability to implement IT security policies.
• Strong skills in IT infrastructure, project management, and vendor management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and locations.
