I am Hiring a mid-level Engineering Manager to join our Clients team . In this role, you will be responsible for managing engineer utilisation, overseeing project schedules, and handling some project management tasks. You will coordinate client projects and allocate engineers based on their skills, location, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will manage the utilisation of engineer's time to ensure optimal productivity.
- You will coordinate incoming projects from clients and delegate engineers based on skills, location, and tech stacks.
- You will oversee project scheduling and time lines, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
- You will assist with project management responsibilities, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any roadblocks.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in engineering/project management.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Azure, O365, firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto), and operating systems (Windows Server, Active Directory).
- Ability to manage resources and allocate tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
