I am hiring for a client, a well-established company specialising in the distribution of high-quality products. They are seeking a Head of IT to drive their technology strategy and lead their IT department.
Responsibilities:
- You will lead and manage the IT department, aligning IT with business goals.
- You will collaborate with departments to assess and implement IT solutions.
- You will oversee the integration of Website, ERP, and WMS systems.
- You will ensure IT security, reliability, and disaster recovery.
- You will develop IT strategies and governance policies.
- You will manage vendor relationships and negotiate SLAs.
- You will manage the IT budget and lead infrastructure projects.
Experience & Skills:
- 7+ years in IT, with experience in Infrastructure, Network, and ERP systems.
- Project management experience (Agile, Waterfall).
- Vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
- Strong IT security and disaster recovery expertise.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR).
