The Role
We are looking for a Lead Professional Services Engineer to lead and build a newly formed division focused on delivering client-facing projects, improving operational efficiency, and driving growth. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and hands-on project delivery experience, especially with Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead and grow the projects division, ensuring successful project delivery.
You will act as the technical lead, providing hands-on guidance where needed.
You will manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring technical excellence.
You will oversee project time lines, budgets, and client communications.
You will collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic objectives.
You will ensure alignment with Microsoft Partner expertise.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in IT project delivery and technical leadership.
Strong expertise in the Microsoft Stack (Windows Server, Microsoft 365, SQL, Azure, etc.).
Experience managing teams and client-facing projects.
Knowledge of networking, security technologies, and VMware.
Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, and security standards.
