Technical Writer - Infrastructure, Networks & Automation

My client has an urgent requirement for a Technical Writer with a strong background in Infrastructure, Networks, and Automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for infrastructure, networks, and automation systems.
Collaborate with engineers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather detailed technical information and translate it into clear, concise documentation.
Proven experience as a Technical Writer with expertise in Infrastructure, Networks, and Automation technologies.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, automation frameworks, and infrastructure systems.
Experience with technical writing tools (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, JIRA, and similar platforms).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
Write and update user manuals, system architecture guides, API documentation, technical specifications, and troubleshooting guides.
Ensure all documentation is easy to follow, consistent, and compliant with company standards.
Create diagrams, flowcharts, and visuals to aid understanding of complex systems and processes.
Manage documentation lifecycle, ensuring all materials are kept up-to-date with product releases and changes.
Conduct document reviews to ensure accuracy and quality control across all technical content.
Tailor content for different audiences, including engineers, end-users, and non-technical stakeholders.
