Technical Business Analyst - Credit card, Loans

GCS have partnered with a leading finance client in the UK to find an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join their established technology team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a high-profile project.

You will play a key role in shaping the IT capabilities for the business, focusing on Credit Cards and Personal Loans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis and Solution Design: You will be responsible for expanding high-level architecture into detailed solutions that are consumable by both IT and Business teams
• Stakeholder Management: As the primary point of contact for multiple delivery teams, you will manage key relationships across IT, Business, and Change teams.
• Architecture Adherence: Ensure that all solution options adhere to the overarching strategic architecture.
• Experience in business analysis and solution design, with hands-on experience in project initiation. Experience in leading high-performing teams across multiple locations is essential.

• Technical Expertise: Strong background in technical integration design, with experience across different protocols, databases, caching technologies, and API development. Familiarity with digital, cloud-based architectures is preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Credit Cards, Loans, etc
