Contract Length -12+ Months with vision to convert in Perm role.
Location: Dawson Street, Dublin - 2 days Onsite
1 Round Interview - ASAP Starter (Ideal)
Role Highlights:
* Provide top-tier support to our platform users.
* Resolve complex technical issues and manage incidents with minimal supervision.
* Collaborate with teams to improve tools and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
* Administer servers across OS platforms.
* Remote administration (SSH, SNMP, WMI, PowerShell).
* Work with network monitoring tools (SCOM, SolarWinds).
* Understand XML, JSON, RegEx, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, VMWare).
* Utilize troubleshooting tools like Wireshark.
* Apply object-oriented programming skills (Java).
* Analyze log files and implement ITSM, CMDB, and ITIL processes.
Requirements:
* 4+ years of customer-facing technical support experience.
* Proficiency in Java/JavaScript.
* Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication.
