Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, including experience deploying and managing clusters in production (EKS preferred)
Proficient Python skills - used for scripting, tooling, or infrastructure automation
Solid Terraform experience, with a track record of delivering infrastructure-as-code across environments
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, or similar)
A collaborative mindset and ability to communicate clearly with engineers, product managers, and leadership
A growth mindset and genuine interest in developing into a formal leadership position over time
What We Offer
