Role- Sr IT Manager - Projects and End User Support
Type- Contract
Nature- Onsite in London (Might need to travel once or twice a month)
- Someone that has experience managing people and leading teams within Service Desk or IT Support.
- Key role is stakeholder management (both internal and external)
- Making sure its visible - putting together nice comms around what we are planning to do
- Similar experience of running IT Support team.
- Someone with experience working in a highly regulated environment - Fmcg, finance, banking, pharma.
- Running process improvements - is mandatory.
- Technical skills are needed but mainly being a people person for this role.
- Bit of a jack of all trades roles - person needs to be quick with dealing with escalations - being on the ball
- Support meetings and events - both internal and external - being able to coordinate with the business
- Business would like to implement a software, rollout or upgrade - communication change management (good to have such improvements)
- Budget planning and management
- Managing external vendors
- Mobile contract that needs to be managed on.
