A leading IT services organisation is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for a 6-month rolling day rate contract based in Dublin city centre.
What you will be doing in the role:
- You will oversee and analyse our overall Service Delivery Metrics, including Service Levels, Incidents, process, and change management, taking necessary actions to resolve any issues or non-compliance.
- You will engage in commercial contract negotiations for new and renewing client agreements.
- You will ensure all client SLAs are clearly defined and adhered to, managing service delivery to meet these standards along with the associated KPIs and KRIs.
- You will implement proactive strategies to enhance the quality of delivered services.
- You will maintain and monitor performance levels for all ICT operations, controls, and processes to guarantee high customer satisfaction.
- You will attend Quarterly Review meetings with clients, providing report dashboards for Service Level Reviews.
- You will collaborate closely with partner vendors to ensure compliance with training and service delivery regulatory requirements.
What you will need:
- You will have 7+ years of experience in a large IT organisation in Service Delivery and IT Infrastructure.
- You will have a strong technical background, which is essential.
- You will have demonstrated commercial experience and awareness.
- You will have proficiency in Project Management, including planning, initiating, monitoring, and implementing projects within a team.
- You will have expertise in Service Delivery Management, particularly in service level management, incident management, change management, and performance management.
- You will have proven experience in client-facing roles.
- You will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience managing a technical team.
- You will have an ITIL certification, which is required.
- You will have a tertiary qualification in IT or Management, which is advantageous.
