EPMO Co-Ordinator
3 months contract (INSIDE IR35)
Bristol (1 day onsite every week)
Job responsibilities:
Responsible for the project, programme, portfolio governance controls from a 'top down' approach. Working as the conscious of the project to ensure that they are delivered to the Mitie standard.
EPMO Co-Ordinator role oversees the administration needs of projects and programmes to support overall governance and effective performance management.
Reporting
- Challenging the project manager key messages and information. Ensuring it makes sense and is accurate

- Always looking at ways that a process can be improved, working smarter to get a better outcome
Project Governance & Control
- Risks, Issues
- Change Control
- Stage Gate Control
Documentation Management
Skills required:
- Proven working working in a EPMO set up
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Project Online
- Power BI knowledge essential
