We are seeking a Level 2 Technical Support Specialist to ensure all elements of the site Networks align with ICT policies and security protocols.
The role involves maintaining the integrity of the Administration Network while providing "Hot-Line" helpdesk support to staff, Monday to Friday, with strict response times for critical and non-critical issues.
Role: ICT Infrastructure Support Engineer
Type: Contract role - 12 months
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Fully 5 days on-site)
Requirements:
- Responsibilities include managing system software maintenance, implementing antivirus and security measures, and providing on-site and remote technical support for hardware and software.
- The specialist will also manage a user-friendly ticketing system, ensure compliance with online testing requirements, and collaborate closely with the ICT Department on infrastructure projects.
- The position requires regular reporting and adherence to network configuration standards.
- One should have a valid full Irish driving license.
