As we expand our team, we're looking for a dynamic Software Analyst who can bring expertise in LeanIX and ServiceNow development to enhance our systems and processes.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Software Analyst with a strong background in software development, particularly using LeanIX and ServiceNow. The successful candidate will play a key role in analysing, developing, and optimizing IT landscapes, improving service management, and providing insightful data that supports strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and document software requirements and IT architecture using LeanIX.
- Develop, customize, and integrate solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and align IT services with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership in implementing new technologies and improving existing software solutions.
- Conduct regular data analysis to support decision-making and ensure IT landscape consistency and efficiency.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of system configurations.
- Provide support, training, and technical documentation for implemented solutions.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Analyst, with demonstrated expertise in LeanIX and ServiceNow development.
- Strong experience in software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps) and coding languages relevant to ServiceNow development (JavaScript, AngularJS, etc.).
- Ability to effectively analyze complex IT landscapes and offer data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with enterprise architecture management is a plus.
