My financial services client is looking for a Technical Writer to join their team on an initial 6 month project based on a hybrid role in their Nottingham Office.
Key desired experience:
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably within a service desk or IT support environment.
- Familiarity with knowledge management principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in using knowledge management tools and technologies, such as ServiceNow and confluence, to capture and maintain Knowledge Articles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment spanning across multiple regions globally
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify and document valuable knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills to assess knowledge needs, analyse data, and identify trends or patterns that drive strategic decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines
This is an urgent contract role. This will be inside IR35
