one of our IT Services and IT Consulting client is looking for Lead cloud engineer to join them on permanent basis in London.

Locations :London

Required Skills :

Hands-on experience in cloud strategy development and delivery, while also being comfortable stepping in to provide technical oversight when necessary

8+ years of experience in cloud engineering or cloud consulting, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Demonstrated ability to scale teams, including hiring, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Proven success in driving business development initiatives, capturing new market opportunities, and expanding client portfolios.
Experience in managing client relationships and delivering solutions in the financial services industry, with an understanding of regulatory and compliance needs.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for innovation.
Experience with cloud-agnostic architectures and multi-cloud environments, ideally including hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, communicating cloud strategies and solutions effectively.
Familiarity with business growth strategies and the ability to develop and execute plans that drive market share expansion.
