We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled senior project manager to join our dynamic Enterprise Systems team to lead migration of all our Blue Prism robotic processes on EOL Windows Server 2012 to Microsoft Power Automate Desktop on Windows Desktop 10/11.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and Manage Project: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Blue Prism to Microsoft PAD technology project from inception to completion.
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Technical project Management: Work with various tech teams to arrive and track the plans, collaborate with technical stakeholders like security, infrastructure, external partners.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure project alignment with strategic goals.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and achievements.
We need you to have
- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing complex technology projects within the banking or financial services sector.
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Technical experience: Experience leading technology transformation or migration programs.
- Excellent Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align project objectives with broader business goals.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Risk Management: Demonstrated experience in identifying and managing project risks.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in budget management and financial planning.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Customer-Centric Approach: A focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative technology solutions.
- Change Management: Experience in leading change management initiatives within a technology context.
