I am recruiting for an experienced IT Manager to oversee IT systems at a key production facility. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations and driving innovation to improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will ensure secure, optimised IT systems that support production operations.
• You will lead and develop a high-performing IT support team.
• You will provide critical IT support, particularly for production-related issues.
• You will implement cybersecurity measures and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
• You will lead IT projects, manage budgets, and resources.
• You will align IT systems and strategies with business goals and support digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT management, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong background in network management, server infrastructure, and industrial software systems.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to resolving technical issues.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, compliance regulations, and risk management.
• Proactive in adapting to new technologies, industry trends, and evolving IT needs.
