IT Solution Architect - Card/ Payments

Birmingham - Hybrid contract

About the Role:
GCS are seeking a talented IT Solution Architect to join our client and drive forward the development of innovative solutions within the Card/ payments space. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming high-level architecture into actionable solutions that are both technically sound and business-friendly. You will act as the primary point of contact for multiple delivery teams and work closely with both IT and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Expand high-level architecture into practical solutions that can be used by both IT and Business teams
Manage key relationships with stakeholders across IT, Business
Strong organisational skills with an effective written communication style.

Solid understanding of Cards/ Payments products
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence decisions and align stakeholders to business goals
