My London based client has an urgent requirement for a Contract Platform Engineer with strong experience in Golang, API development, Terraform, and Azure to join a high-performing engineering team working on cutting-edge cloud infrastructure and scalable platform services.

You'll be embedded in a cloud-native engineering team, helping to build and improve the internal platform that powers highly-available systems used at scale. Expect to get hands-on with infrastructure automation, backend service development in Go, and cloud architecture in Azure.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Golang (Go)
Proven ability to design and integrate RESTful APIs
Hands-on use of Terraform for infrastructure as code
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerised deployments
Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams
Experience with Kubernetes
Background in DevOps
Prior experience working in high-availability production environments
