The initiative required the recruitment of diverse professionals across multiple levels, from junior positions to senior leadership roles.
The Challenge
The project’s success hinged on efficiently sourcing and hiring top-tier tech talent in a highly competitive market. With numerous critical roles to fill, Hilti needed a recruitment partner who could accelerate the hiring process, ensure the right cultural fit, and deliver a robust talent pipeline across different regions.
Our Strategy
We implemented a multifaceted recruitment strategy designed to streamline hiring, enhance candidate quality, and align closely with Hilti’s values. For high-volume roles, we introduced virtual and onsite hiring events, cutting the interview timeline from eight weeks to just three.
To further improve efficiency, we added an initial video interview as part of the candidate screening process. This gave Hilti’s hiring managers deeper insights into candidates before in-person interviews, leading to higher-quality submissions and an increase in successful hires.
Our approach also focused on understanding and embedding Hilti’s company culture into the recruitment process, ensuring that each candidate not only met the technical requirements but was also a strong fit within Hilti’s values-driven environment.

Through this streamlined process, we placed over 100 IT professionals across a variety of roles, including UX Manager, Chief Product Owner, Chief Architect, and Head of Agile. Our partnership extended from the initial scope in Germany to include Switzerland, Malaysia, and India, ensuring that Hilti's recruitment standards remained consistent across locations.
